Report and Resolve
There are two forms on this page.
The first is a Loss Claim form to report lost or damaged items (lost items from any Reckoning LARP and damaged items from Reckoning LARP IV of 2025).
The second is the Grievance form to report complaints about and problematic behaviors from someone else. See below for a more detailed explanation of our Grievance Policy.
Loss Claim
You may fill this form out for a lost item at any Reckoning LARP I through IV Event, whether you are a member or not. You may fill form out for damages if you are a Member who went to Reckoning LARP IV from March 13 through 16, 2025 and you experienced an unexpected cost, loss, or damage to some personal property of yours as a result of being flooded out.
Grievance Form
You may use this form to report a grievance related to any Wandering Folk Society event or community space, including Reckoning I through IV. You do not need to be a current Member to submit a grievance, though Members will have additional protections and processes available under our policies.
We understand that not all interactions within the Reckoning universe are positive, and we are committed to fostering a safe environment for both our LARP and our broader community. Safety is our highest priority including physical, emotional, intellectual, and spiritual. If you experienced conduct that you believe violates our Codes of Conduct, we encourage you to submit a report below.
When a grievance is received, Wandering Folk Society will assemble a small review group consisting of at least one Warden and/or a Board of Director and possibly some Stewards. This group will investigate the matter by reviewing the report, having a conversation with you, gathering witness input, and reaching a decision based on our policies and values.
